“I really enjoyed the trip! I would have been a fool to miss this!“
“This journey through Morocco was so much more than I imagined. From the variety of beautiful villages and cities, to the mesmerizing Atlas Mountains, and the fantastic Sahara Desert, and so many amazing and warm people that welcomed us into their lives, homes, businesses.
The desert was magical. We saw very few people, we did some long hiking days, the weather was mostly hot during the day and cooler at night, Sarah’s team were terrific, the night sky was spectacular.
After the desert Sarah had a whole host of surprises for us which was really fun and unexpected. It was a real treat. Morocco is multi-layered and I really enjoyed it.
I feel rejuvenated. Taking a break, getting away, having my SIM card issue really helped me to disconnect and recharge. I really enjoyed the trip! I would have been a fool to miss this!”

“Mind meditation whilst walking up and down, around & around, an environment entirely for that!“
“Walking the Sahara with nomads, Ginger the camel & Sarah was a magical, focused moment in time I will never forget.
I’m now working deeply & consciously to come from a place of joy with passion & tenacity!“

“I hope that someday I will be able to be a part of another trip with Soul Adventurers“
Sarah Dashfield, the owner and creator of Soul Adventures, has a rare gift of truly combining so much into one trip: expansion of the heart, mind, and soul while weaving you through the magical landscapes of Morocco.
The trip has an element of surprise which causes you to embrace / accept where the Camino will take you to next. Walking through the desert and really pushing yourself to new limits, I found myself strangely hungry and comfortable with it due to the fact that Sarah put together an amazing group of local Nomads who guide you from start to finish.
The food was outstanding and the landscape breathtaking. The carefully curated trip from off grid camping to some of the nicest accommodations I have been at were all fantastic.

“So moved by this adventure, I had to write a poem about this incredible journey and land”
Sahara Soul
The sun is high up above our backs
we’re covered in a cheche and our western hats
The guides impress upon us the sacredness of the land Gently meandering us through the rough and sand
Sand is everywhere of course forever shifting the lands’ shape We try to learn to read it as we contemplate our fate
The land is ancient, layered and it’s hard to conceive The hardships and challenges prior souls did lead
The vista changes often yet the ingredients are few Sand, clay, sky and a plant or two
Yet there is a rhythm that plays throughout the day Keeping time as the laden camels baskets sway
We contemplate, meditate and let our thoughts roam With ease or maybe effort, we distance from our home
What motivation brought us to travel so far? To be away from it all except for the stars?
What personal challenge do we all seek?
To escape or embrace, only carried by our feet
Time and space seems foreign in this culture so deep At times overwhelming causing one to weep
Ancient burials and bodies lie beneath our feet bones and remnants of life – May they rest in peace
I dreamt of being here and have a strange sense of deja vu And maybe in another life and time this was true
We discussed how we are all connected throughout the lands we shared meals together and prayed holding hands
At first my mind was restless and would constantly roam Perhaps it’s the addiction we have to our phone
But occasionally a complete stillness broke through Connecting me to a spirit of love and to you
With solemnity we gather our things to pack For today is the day that we shall extract
Each richer for experiencing this magical place
Each imbued with a new sense of purpose and grace
And now as we step down our final dune We whisper to the bones, I’ll see you soon
